Exhibiting for the first time at Fruit Logistica, Keymac Packaging Systems designs and manufactures Cartoning and Sleeving machinery in the UK and USA.

The K101 Sleever can automatically insert a tray or punnet into a pre-glued sleeve at speeds up to 60 packs per minute. This machine has been modified to insert a cardboard tray containing loose produce, such as apples or pears, into a cardboard sleeve giving a 100% plastic-free pack which is 100% recyclable. These modified Sleevers are already in use in Belgium.

The K201 Sleever offers faster speeds for sleeving trays and punnets.

Keymac also offers End Load Cartoners for the automatic erecting, filling and sealing of pre-glued cartons and also Top Load packaging machines for forming and closing flat carton blanks.

Using our considerable experience in manufacturing Sleeving and Cartoning machinery we are able to offer bespoke packaging machines for packing fresh produce in various types of plastic-free packs. Depending on the product and packaging, all requirements for our machine design are taken into account according to customer requirements.
