Founded in 1985, Bello Fruit is a producer and marketer of premium fresh fruits and one of the references in orcharding in Brazil and abroad, mainly with papaya and citrus fruits.

Bello Fruit farms, located in the Brazilian states of Bahia, Espírito Santo and Pernambuco, add up to more than 1,100 hectares, with a diversified fruit production. The company currently exports many Papaya varieties: Golden, Aliança and Formosa; also mangoes, lime (tahitian type) and green coconut, to markets in Europe and North America.

The company holds international certifications: Fairtrade, Global G.A.P. (Good Agricultural Practices), GRASP (Global G.A.P Risk Assessment on Social Practice); as well as Brazilian certifications: Flavor & Quality Carrefour and Qualitá.

With privileged locations that favors logistics, headquarters and a Packing House of over 4,000 m2 (43,000 sq ft) in the city of Mucuri, south of Bahia, and a Distribution and Packing House Center in Juazeiro, north of Bahia, in the vicinity of fruit production in Petrolina-Juazeiro, in the São Francisco Valley region, Bello Fruit guarantees the distribution of air cargo for export by international airports of Fortaleza (CE), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and São Paulo (SP). Land cargo are commercialized in Brazil’s largest cities.

The fruit processing and packaging units operate in accordance with national and international standards; the have cold rooms and a monitoring and tracking system, from planting to the final consumer, ensuring responsible production, environment responsibility and food safety.
